Plant work offers a mirror directly to our souls.
A tree or plant, is a being, in deep and intrinsic relationship to the universe; rooted into earth, receiving energy directly from the sun...a simultaneously grounded and cosmic dance.
As are we.
They call us into our own nature, of following instinct and reciprocating energy with all that's around us.
We are always in communication with the beyond human world, and the beings of the earth are talking. How able we are to listen, is up to us.

time bending,
universe skipping beings.
The Plants offer generously their deep wisdom, their own individual expression, their archetype as mirror to our own lives. Plants connect us to our ancestors, to our story and our place in the world across time and space. They do this as elders, inviting us into our own (r)evolution.
Over time, our relationship to plants, trees, animals and other beings, has been severed, we have been slowly, quietly walked away from the rest of our kin.
We can choose to reclaim these relationships.
Through ritual and creativity with plants, my practice is dedicated to rebuilding our relationship with the living world. The power of plant connection can reunite us with nature, a reunion that’s vital for us to restore our own vitalities, health, self expression and sustaining commitment to all living things. It is this reunion that offers a route to connected, joyous & generative world building.
Drawn to the wild world since childhood, I am ever deepening my relationship. What began as innate and natural connection, a knowing that there was life in everything, that there were ways to communicate beyond human to human speech, has become a dedicated practice and a way of life. I came to intuitive herbalism as a disabled, neurodivergent and queer human, drawn to the audacious, wilful expression of plants and I was not disappointed! Training with the School of Intuitive Herbalism since 2021, has brought expansion, depth, skill and refinement to my path, to how I open this landscape and guide others to take their own steps. Years of training in dreamwork, ancient & modern ritualistic cultures, and folk herbalism alongside apprenticing with the school, informs how I bridge these liminal, wonderful edges & realms today.
I guide Plant Magic Circles; somatic, spiritual and playful connection with plants. We gather to meet plants, diving into intuition and deep listening. Creativity is a core element of this work, bringing insights into our manifest, everyday world. I draw from years working in the creative fashion industry to inform these moments, bringing elements of textiles, free writing, mark making and experimentation. The wonder and inspiration that we can experience with a plant, can often fade as we find ourselves back in day to day doing. By entering ritual, sharing and making together, we bring those feelings to life, we create a legacy, a reminder that we are wild things too.
These times we're living in need us to get clear about what is ours and what is not, about what we were taught that serves power and oppression, and what we have learned that is true and nourishing and serves the health and wellness of people, plants, animals and earth equally.
We need discernment, and the plants have that by the bucketload.
We need to rediscover our embodied, intuitive, imaginal selves, the self that knows in their bones that we are one with all that is here, all that came before and that will come after.
Intuitive herbalism, dreamwork, embodied movement, radical self responsibility, creativity and a will to dive into the depths and fly into the stars are what we do here.
In this house of Alchemy, in this house of possibility, in this house of radical, epic transformation.
