Insight HerbalismTM Apprenticeship
Having completed the foundation and hearth years with the school, I am now in my completion year of the Intuitive Herbalism Aprenticeship.
The School of Intuitive Herbalism is dedicated to supporting people in their development as herbalists and healers. All our work revolves around learning from the plants directly, guiding people into this and engaging with the healing processes that are catalysed by the rich human–plant relationships that emerge. This is a deeply soulful approach to herbalism and is as much a journey into our own consciousness as it is a profound meeting with nature.
At the heart of the school is a living Community of Practice, rooted in our professional training — a collective of dedicated people learning together through long-term relationship with plants, place, and one another. Within this community, students develop their skills in somatic, process-orientated and trauma-informed herbalism, while discovering the unique gifts they can each bring into their wider communities.

Sophie Macklin Beyond The Blood - next training!
Exploring moving towards anti-fascist, anti-colonial ancestral and animist practices. How has fascism developed in tandem with folklore, connection to the land, and ancestry interests in the past, and how does it relate to what’s happening now? We will consider and trouble concepts of tradition, health, history, identity, purity, nationalism, time, and nature. We will look at norms and frameworks in current folkways and ancestry discourse and consider both where they came from, and what they are creating now.
